Pedocan’s soil and vegetation professionals can assist with
reclamation certification by providing computer-generated reports from the Pedocan
Wellsite Reclamation Certification System. This system allows the user to enter landscape,
soils and vegetation data as well as general information about the location and written
descriptions of the site and surrounding area. From this information, the program performs
necessary calculations, formats and prints out a coherent report ready to be submitted.
Other advantages of this system include: it forces data entry control and compliance to
the criteria; it standardises the reporting process; and it performs proficiently in field
(on-site) data entry situations as well as in the office.
